Parkinson’s Treatment Program
(East Sacramento Location) – Utilizing the LSVT program, our certified LSVT physical therapist works with Parkinson’s patients on improving movement and function
Strength and Balance Exercise Class
This class focuses on strength and mobility exercises to improve balance and functional levels for Seniors.
We offer Pilates classes for mat, one on one sessions for mat and apparatus as well as duets. Please view our Pilates tab at the top of the page to learn more.
(East Sacramento Location) – Incorporation of Pilates and Pilates-based theory and exercises to aid in meeting your rehabilitation goals.
Occupational Injury Rehabilitation
Orthopedic manual techniques, corrective and functional exercises, and education on biomechanics to address work specific goals.
Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention
We use FMS (Functional Movement Screening) and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) to develop injury prevention programs and appropriate corrective exercises.
